  Malt equipment, the latest invention of our company, is designed for small and medium-sized malting company. This machine integrates the three part of malt soaking, sprouting and drying in a all-in-one equipment, no need malt soaking groove, sprouting box, drying oven. Malt soaking, water penetration, draining, air ventilate and showering, applicable in many malt soaking method. Then the malt automatically enter into the sprouting period. To confirm the sprouting level, adjust the air temperature, humidity and then turn the malt at the right time. The drying autmatically started after sproutig, according to the drying oven precedure, the machine would adopt half-return air method, or totally return air method to lower the energy cost. The whole production is finished automatically. The machine can not only improve the working environment but also simplifies the production control. What's more, the machine can high raise the qulity of the malt.
